The Hearth at Tudor Gardens is a Licensed Residential Care Facility serving assisted living and Alzheimer’s/dementia residents.  This community opened in 2010, is comprised of 131-units, and is located at 11711 North Michigan Road in Zionsville, IN.

Sitting on almost 6-acres, this development contains just over 68,000 square feet of rentable, residential unit space, and approximately 45,000 square feet of common areas/lounges, kitchens, cafeteria, activity areas, etc.

The Hearth at Tudor Gardens is a joint venture between The Fortus Group and Hearth Management.  Hearth Management is the day-to-day operator of the development.
