Chestnut Hills Offices

The Chestnut Hills Office Park was a two phase project built between 2003 and 2009.  Phase I consists of 3-buildings and 19,780 square feet of space.  Phase II consists of 4-buildings, with 18,000 square feet.  The office park is located in southwest Fort Wayne, adjacent to Chestnut Hills Golf Course (Fuzzy Zoeller design).  The offices are conveniently located within 50-yards of dining and a 400-person reception/conference center.  There is a retail center ½ mile east of the office park with restaurants, specialty stores, and a 90,000 square foot, Scott’s-anchored grocery and retail center.  Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group, a Fortus Group affiliate, manages the property.
