Stabilit America, Inc.

The subject property was originally developed for Stabilit America, Inc. as part of a sale leaseback transaction completed in August 2001 and subsequently expanded in 2005.  Stabilit was founded in 1959 and today is one of the world’s leading companies in the manufacture and sale of fiberglass-reinforced plastic sheets.
