The Hearth at Franklin

The Hearth at Franklin is a 125-unit Licensed Residential Care Facility serving assisted living and Alzheimer’s/dementia residents, located at 1035 Fulton Greer Lane, in Franklin, Tennessee.

The Hearth at Franklin is a single building, with two distinct sections.  The assisted living section of the building houses 85-units, in a three story design, while the 40 Alzheimer’s and dementia units are designed in a one-story section.

Sitting on approximately 7-acres, this development features 66,000 square feet of rentable, residential unit space, and 46,000 square feet of common areas/lounges, kitchens, cafeteria, activity areas, etc.

The Hearth at Franklin celebrated its Grand Opening in August, 2014.
