The Hearth at Juday Creek is a Licensed Residential Care Facility serving assisted living and Alzheimer’s/dementia residents.  This development opened in 2009, is comprised of 131-units, and is located at 53466 Fir Road in Granger, IN.

Sitting on approximately 8-acres, this development features nearly 68,500 square feet of rentable, residential unit space, along with nearly 45,000 square feet of common areas/lounges, kitchens, cafeteria, activity areas, etc.

The Hearth at Juday Creek is a joint venture between The Fortus Group and Hearth Management.  Hearth Management is the day-to-day operator of the community.
