The Hearth at Sycamore Village

Opened in 2008, The Hearth at Sycamore Village is a 131-unit Licensed Residential Care Facility serving assisted living and Alzheimer’s/dementia residents.  The site is approximately 12-acres, including green space and common areas.  The three-story, elevator equipped building features just over 68,000 square feet of rentable, residential unit space, and approximately 45,000 square feet of common areas/lounges, kitchens, cafeteria, activity areas, etc.

The Hearth at Sycamore Village is a joint venture between The Fortus Group and Hearth Management.  Hearth Management is the day-to-day operator of the development.

In early 2012, a number of assisted living units were renovated to memory care units so The Hearth at Sycamore Village could serve a more diverse population of senior residents.
