White House Landing

White House Landing was awarded tax credits in June, 2013, and opened in December, 2014.  This general occupancy development features 72-affordable apartment units, with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom designs, ranging in sizes from 632 to 1,100 square feet.  This mix enables the property to serve a wide range of family sizes.

In addition to the units themselves, White House Landing features a community clubhouse with on-site property management offices, a community room with kitchenette, a fitness room and a computer room.

White House Landing is located at 130 Maiden Lane, just west of North Sage Road.  This site was re-zoned for residential use, and is an excellent choice for high quality, new, modern housing.  The site is very close to all public and community services and amenities, including a Super WalMart, banks, parks, pharmacies, restaurants, etc.  The property also has excellent access to I-65.  Being near these services is very beneficial to our residents.
