Stephen Dronen

Stephen Dronen is the Development Director in the Fortus Group.  Mr. Dronen is responsible for site selection and project management of real estate development projects.  Prior to joining The Fortus Group, Stephen has worked on complex developments in both the private and public sectors.

He began his career working for prominent Midwest developer where he participated, in various capacities, in development of residential projects capitalized at over $140,000,000.  From there, he entered public service facilitating economic and community development projects, and managed downtown development activities for a major American city.  Returning to his roots in residential development, Stephen plays an integral role in searching out the best development opportunities and provides creative solutions to challenging projects.

Stephen is a LEED® Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Real Estate & Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University, and an MBA from Xavier University.
