JBS Cold Storage

The JBS Cold Storage Distribution facility is located at 249 Allentown Road, in Souderton, PA  18964.  The facility is on a long-term lease to JBS USA, and is used mainly for the distribution and cold-storage of meats and poultry for restaurants.  JBS acquired the former Moyer Packing Company’s facility with its purchase of Smithfield Beef Group in 2008.  This building not only has a very strong tenant, but is also very-low maintenance, as operations and maintenance are the tenant’s responsibility.  We look forward to an ongoing long-term relationship with JBS and continue to purse similar opportunities in the marketplace as they come available.
